ABOUT Dr. RIC GUERRA
Currently serves as Director of Finance Operations for The Foursquare Church, a Pentecostal Christian denomination of approximately 1,500 church nationwide with headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. In this capacity, Ric oversees several functional areas of the organization including Finance, IT, and five different conference and camp facilities nationwide. Ric is also responsible to lead business process improvement, internal communications and deployment of new technologies for the denomination.
Ric has been an ordained minister since 2004 and served as executive pastor, and treasurer at The Rock, a multisite Foursquare church based in Anaheim CA, for over a decade. In 2013, he pioneered the 7th satellite campus of The Rock, in Santa Clarita, CA where he served as campus pastor until 2016.
From 2012 to 2016 Ric served as an Adjunct Professor at Life Pacific College, where he developed and taught the inaugural courses in Financial Accounting and Managerial Finance for the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree program.
Ric holds a bachelor's degree in Global Studies from Azusa Pacific University, an MBA from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Liberty University.
Ric currently resides in Cornelius, North Carolina, with his wife Marissa, and his children RJ, Katerina, and Mason.
